Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refund Options: Eligible returns will be issued as either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account on polycare.com.
Navigate to the order containing the item you wish to return.
Click the “Request RMA” button next to the product.
Fill out the required return information and submit your request.
Once submitted, your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be reviewed—typically within 1 to 3 business days.
If approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and detailed return instructions.
If your request is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason for the denial.
